Here are some of the normal questions we get at Westside Hawaii Picture Framing.

Do we do shadowbox framing?

Yes we do! Although, it is important to know how many items
or objects will be framed to determine a accurate size.

Do we sell ready-made frames?

Yes, we do. Sizes are limited however being mainly a custom frame shop we can customize any size for you.

Do we sell glass &/or cut glass?

Yes. We sell regular clear glass, non-glare glass, UV clear glass, non-glare UV
glass and plexiglas up to 32×40. Larger sizes would be a special order.

Can we do a custom frame job in less than a week?

Yes, but moulding selection would be limited to in stock or what is available locally.

Can we do bulk mat cutting?

Yes, please call in advance to make sure we have the mat color you need
available.

Can we wait for a mat or glass replacement to have it completed the same day?

Yes, please call to make sure we have the mat color you want and or glass
size you need.

Do you accept phone orders?

Yes, but orders will need to be local and you do need to pay 50% deposit on
a custom order.

Do you do in house framing consultation?

Yes, but there is a $25.00/hr. nonrefundable consultation fee.

Do you deliver completed framing orders?

Yes, FedEx for out of state paid by customer COD. $25.00 to $50.00

Delivery fee on island of Oahu depending on distance and size of Art.
